About Ed Kanick: Owner/Broker

Ed Kanick was born and raised in Carbon County and the Pocono Mountains. He is a graduate of Marian Catholic High School and Steven’s State School of Technology in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Ed has been married for 30 years and has raised three children here in Carbon County. He is an active member of the local community, as a little league coach, strength coach, and a former member of the national ski patrol in the Pocono Mountains. Ed is an avid skier and enjoys riding dirt bikes and ATV’s with his children and friends. As a businessman involved in 7 different businesses in Carbon County, he truly understands the local landscape and the importance of community.

About Bob Heffelfinger: Agent

Bob is a lifelong resident of Carbon County and the Panther Valley area residing in Summit Hill with Gloria his wife of forty years. They have two adult children and three grandchildren. Bob and Gloria enjoy people and have been involved in the business world their entire adult lives. Many years of retail and wholesale experience along with carpentry experience are evident when Bob is assisting clients. Bob is an avid sportsman enjoying the great outdoors of Carbon Counties woodlands, lakes and streams.

Lisa A. Virno is a Native New Yorker. She is a former, New York State Realtor. Lisa and her Husband, Rev. Virno and their two Daughters relocated to Pennsylvania in 2003, where it is now that she is actively licensed in Pennsylvania state Lisa and her family are residents of the Lansford community / Carbon County Area. Lisa is presently attending Lehigh Carbon Community College. Her major is Criminal Justice Administration. Her hope is to pursue and gain a Law Degree. One of her goals are to obtain a career as a Criminal Prosecutor for the State.

About Gary Grant: Agent

Gary was born and raised in Hometown, Schuylkill County. After graduation from Kutztown State College and living four years out-of-state, he and his wife, Peggy, moved back to the area, residing in the Lehighton area of Carbon County, to start their family. Through the following years, while raising three children, he volunteers as a coach for Little League and Teener League baseball and CYO basketball. In order to serve the families of the area, Gary built and operated a dairy bar and miniature golf course in Mahoning Valley for many years. With his knowledge of construction, his passion for interior design and his appreciation for property ownership, Gary decided to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Over the past thirty years, he and his family have come to appreciate the many amenities and opportunities the Carbon and Schuylkill County areas have to offer, including year round recreational activities (camping, boating, hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, tubing), a wide range of entertainment and good restaurants. Gary is looking forward to assisting potential buyers and sellers from the main office in Lansford as well as his home office in Mahoning Valley.
